The new battery is slightly loose, so if I jostle my phone too much while using it, the phone resets. Despite the weird product description, I did not have to buy cell phone service from the seller or anything like that. Annoying, but I am still happy enough for the price I paid. Kyocera sells an official extended-life battery that adds 3 hours, but they want your firstborn child for it, so I decided to go the cheaper route. This battery adds about an hour of talk time to my phone over the regular battery.
